Thank you so much for supporting Lhouette — we’re a small, independent clothing brand, and every order means the world to us.
Please note: All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds.
Why All Sales Are Final
As a small business, we work with limited inventory and often produce our items in small batches or made-to-order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
• Limited Quantities: We produce limited runs of each design, which makes restocking and resale of returned items difficult.
• Hygiene and Quality Control: Once a clothing item has left our studio, we can no longer guarantee its condition for resale.
• Sustainable Operations: By avoiding unnecessary returns, we reduce waste and keep our environmental impact low — an important part of our brand’s values.
We ask that you carefully review all product descriptions, photos, and especially the size guides before placing your order. If you have any questions about fit, materials, or how a piece runs, feel free to contact us before placing your order — we’re happy to help!
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We only make exceptions if:
• You received the wrong item, or
• The item arrived damaged or defective
If this happens, please email us at contact@lhouette.co within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Please note that custom and made-to-order items are also non-refundable and non-returnable. These pieces are created just for you and cannot be restocked or resold.
